TAIS Training & Certification Certification Program The full TAIS practitioner curriculum. Modules 3–5 cover leadership assessment, advanced multi-scale interpretation, and a general capstone. Choose this if you work across domains or are unsure which specialty fits. Best for: Generalists, consultants, graduate students, anyone learning TAIS for the first time. TAIS Sport Performance Sport Certification Same TAIS foundations, with Modules 3–5 focused on athletic assessment, competitive performance profiles, team chemistry, and sport-specific case studies. Best for: Sport psychologists, coaches, performance specialists, athletic directors. TAIS Business Performance Business Certification Same TAIS foundations, with Modules 3–5 focused on executive assessment, leadership style, organizational fit, succession planning, and executive coaching. Best for: Executive coaches, HR/talent leaders, organizational consultants, leadership developers. TAIS Military Performance Military Certification Same TAIS foundations, with Modules 3–5 focused on military assessment, command profiles, unit cohesion, crisis decision-making, and operational case studies.
